Ash (9 out of 10 ) One thing to know before reading this script: this isn't the one that the actual movie used. That being said, it was cool to see the original ideas for the LEGO Movie. If this was the film that was released, I would have been satisfied. It was funny and emotional, albeit not as much as the movie that released in theaters. The one thing that this script does better than the film is about making the Man Upstairs more of a person who is more relatable and gives him more of a reason to keep the LEGO world under his control. Final Verdict: It's a great script with a few bad words. If you liked the film, you'll like this. It has a lot of room for improvement, especially in its first act, which is why the idea was scrapped, but it's something that you would gladly see in theaters.
Ron (5 out of 10 ) This script is so different from the final movie. I'm glad the movie turned out the way it did. I gave it a 5 rating as it is here but would give it an 8 if it was the actual movie script.
Karen (10 out of 10 ) Please post the final draft of the Lego Movie script, because I can't find it online anywhere. The Lego Movie rocks.
